Christmas Update

We are taking a short break for the holidays - any orders placed after December 22nd, will be shipped from January 3rd.

Online store shipping and delivery

Atelier100 offers UK and International shipping for a fee, which varies based on product weight. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on different shipping locations.

You can order multiple products from as many designers as you'd like. 

Please allow 7 business days for UK orders and 14 business days for international orders from when your order was placed to receive. 

All orders are dispatched directly from our store in Hammersmith, London.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information for each item in your order will be emailed to you.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to the following locations: Africa, Antarctica, Afghanistan, Belarus, Central African, Congo, Christmas Island, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Niger, Nigeria, North Korea, Pakistan, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Yemen, Zimbabwe, Ireland, and Bahrain. 

Online store returns

Atelier100 allows returns that are shipped within 14 days from the day the order was placed. 

Please email for a shipping label and customs documents (if necessary). All shipping costs and import duties/taxes associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer.

If you decide to return any of the items from your order, please contact Atelier100 powered by Lone Design Club at for the return shipping address. Unfortunately, we cannot refund orders returned to the wrong address.

For all returns, proof of shipment, including a tracking number, must be provided by the customer to Atelier100 powered by Lone Design Club by email to So please remember to hang on to your shipping receipt. Atelier100 powered by Lone Design Club and our designers do not take responsibility for items lost in transit and unfortunately if this does occur we will not be able to offer a refund. As such, please choose wisely when selecting your return shipping method. Refunds will not be issued until the returned item has been confirmed, received and inspected as all returns must be in a resalable condition.

For returns shipping internationally, the customer is responsible for attaching all necessary customs documentation. Failure to do so may result in their return being unable to be refunded.

For products with weight over 10kg we offer return in store. Customer is responsible to arrange and pay for the delivery of the products wished to be returned to Atelier100 store in Hammersmith.
